I've never had any problem installing any other hardware or software but this modem refused to be recognized by Windows.  I uninstalled and reinstalled several times with various options hazily described in the atrocious manual included with the modem- all to no avail.  Spent over an hour dialing/redailing techicnal "support" and getting a busy signal (no doubt many others also have problems with this piece of crap).  Finally got though to an employee that could barely speak english.  No technical support there- he said to return the modem and use an ISA modem.  Lotsa help!

Do NOT even consider a Zoom modem!
